Terms & Conditions

(Loading Bay Parts is a trading name of Tradeform Products Ltd)

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By placing an order with us, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions in full.

1. Orders

Our catalogue, website, and quotations are invitations to treat only. A binding contract will arise only when we accept your order in writing. All orders are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Prices

All prices quoted exclude VAT (unless otherwise stated) and include standard delivery to UK mainland addresses (excluding Highlands, Islands, and remote areas). Additional delivery charges may apply for express, timed, or out-of-area consignments.The prices invoiced shall be those prevailing at the date of despatch. We reserve the right to amend prices prior to acceptance of your order in the event of error or market changes.

3. Validity of Quotations

Unless otherwise agreed, all quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Delivery & Lead Times

Delivery terms are FCA (carriage is included in the price unless otherwise specified).
Delivery is roadside / curbside drop-off only; unloading and transfer beyond this point is the customer’s responsibility.
Lead times will be confirmed at the point of order and are provided in good faith as a general guide only. They remain subject to change due to factors beyond our control (including manufacturer schedules, logistics delays, and seasonal shutdowns).
We accept no liability for losses incurred by the buyer due to late delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, all orders are supplied on a pro forma / payment in advance basis.
Trade Accounts may be made available at our discretion, subject to satisfactory credit references. Trade Account invoices are payable within 30 days from invoice date.
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel deliveries where accounts are overdue.

6. Retention of Title & Risk

Title to the goods remains with Tradeform Products Ltd until payment is received in full. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery. Buyers are responsible for insuring the goods from the point of delivery.

7. Guarantee & Warranty

Goods are supplied in accordance with manufacturer warranties, where applicable.
Any defective goods must be reported promptly and returned, carriage paid, for inspection.
Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the goods in question at our discretion.
Warranty does not apply to goods subject to misuse, fair wear and tear, modification, or poor maintenance.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Returns are only accepted with prior written authorisation.
Goods must be returned in original packaging, unused, unassembled, and in resaleable condition.
Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge plus any refurbishment costs.
Made-to-order or customised goods cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced.

9. Technical Information

All specifications, dimensions, and load ratings are approximate and provided for guidance only. We reserve the right to alter designs or specifications without notice.

10. Liability & Consequential Loss

Except in cases of death or personal injury arising from our negligence, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or other claims arising out of the use, resale, or delivery of goods.

11. Claims for Damage or Shortages

Non-delivery must be notified within 7 days of invoice date.
Shortages or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Goods signed for “in good condition” will be deemed accepted and claims will not be entertained thereafter.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
